And given as a story of how a child might view a real life dog in the same circumstances. The stories are fictional in an adult real life but are very real to the child that is telling the story.

We open the Journey with our dog Timber and his Spouse (Barbie) being sold to a family of Canadian farmers. We follow their travel to the new home and the adaptation of the sled dogs into becoming working guard dogs. But OUR Timber has become a Beloved Member of a Family.
Timber The Sled Dog- Uncle Boris
This is a story of a Relative of Timbers a Stuffed Toy Dog named Boris. He was found in a little shop of toys by a Family member. The type of animal and the expression it portrays seemed perfect as a Gift for the authors child. The child (Peter in the story) was thrilled to give him the name of Boris (due to it being a Siberian Husky).
